  The “National Caregiver Directory” lists provider members within the Family Caregiver Network. The Directory lists providers by state, the services they provide and links back to their website. The “National Caregiver Directory” is released bi-monthly to Hospitals, SNFs, Physicians, Community Caregiver Sites and consumers via the National “Caregiver News”.
• “Caregiver News”
  Every other month Hospital case managers, social workers, caregiver support providers and consumers are updated on national caregiver products, services and educational topics through the CRG national “Caregiver News”. This unique electronic newsletter highlights medical content, articles from national providers focusing on senior issues, discharge planning support and announces the updated “National Caregiver Directory”.

  The CRG Resource-Training Center is a specialty library housed within www.ClinicResourceGroup.com encompassing collateral materials, tutorials and training support.
