American Red Cross Family Caregiver Certification Program
This nationally recognized program brings value and visibility to your provider services. CRG will certify staff in offering and teaching each class. These unique classes will increase your company's value within referral networks such as hospitals, businesses and public contacts. Program tools include electronic teacher's manual, 8 initial caregiver booklets and a DVD for ARC classes. CRG currently offers 8 American Red Cross classes.

CRG - Wellness @ Home Workshops
Become a Certified Wellness Specialist (CWS). This 6.5 CEU program incorporates the basic aspects of wellness programming: ergonomics, nutrition, exercise, health assessments and follow up outcomes within a structured business model to improve clinical quality and work towards extending billable programs. It serves as a continuing education program for home care workers interested in expanding their level of client service. A wellness program can be good for agency staff, the clients they care for and can be a value added service or niche for a private pay model. A nationally recognized Medical Health and Fitness workshop provider teaches these classes.

CRG - National/State Marketing Program
Put the American Red Cross Caregiver program and your Wellness Specialist Certification (WSC) to work for you. This innovative program will give your company national and local exposure to your AHA state hospitals through our quarterly hospital updates, which includes linking them to our CRG National Service Directory. Every quarter CRG updates directors of case management on the Red Cross Caregiver program, Wellness@Home Program, national partners and links them to our national directory which highlights their local providers (YOU!).

This directory is posted online at SeniorResourceGuide.com. With this program you receive a company listing in the directory, which includes: company name, key credentials (ARCFCC, CWS), contact info, active web link and 50 word description. Health care professionals and consumers will have access to this National Service Directory.

CRG also provides you our quarterly update package: A private web page providing you with in-service tools, collateral materials, pricing discounts and marketing tips to keep on track throughout the year.
